ELEGABILITY
- Must be a student currently enrolled at a college or university within the Rocky Mountain region. (New Mexico, Utah, Montana, California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado.)
- The work must have been made using traditional printmaking techniques including: relief, intaglio, lithography, screen printing, monotype, collagraph, letterpress and photopolymer. Prints made solely with a laser or inkjet printer or copier will not be accepted. However, digital processes may be used in the construction of or in combination with pieces that are traditionally printed.
- Students may submit up to three (3) recent original prints

- Mat size limit is 26”x 26”
- Use only black, white or gray mat board. Poster-board, or other light weight board will not be accepted
- Framed pieces will not be accepted
- 3D works such as books must be small enough to sit securely and comfortably on an 18” x 18 “ pedestal (Max. height is 16")
- Entries not meeting presentation instructions may be declined
- Works that differ markedly from the digital image will be disqualified.
HOW TO SUBMIT

FOLLOW THESE SUBMISSION STEPS
- Create an account by clicking the green REGISTER button on the top right side. Fill out the form. You will then be sent a confirmation email message.
- Logon to the site and click on the orange button that says “Add New Application”
- Please Note: The word APPLICATION means SUBMISSION.
- You will then be asked to make a payment of $5.00. That is the total cost of entering 1, 2, or 3 artworks into the show.
- After you make the $5 payment, you will then be taken to the page where you will upload photos of your prints.
- Be ready to fill out the following fields before uploading your images:
- Category Choose Relief, Intaglio, Lithography, Screen Print, Monotype, Colagraph, Letterpress, Photopolymer, or Hybrid/Miscellaneous.
- Title
- Dimensions of the piece. (Estimate the matted dimensions)
- Brief Description of your entry: technique, process, inspiration etc.
- Price, if you wish to sell.
- Now you will upload your submissions
- Image minimum length on longest side: 960px
- Image maximum length on longest side: 4600px
- Max file size images: 4 mb.
- Up to 3 attachments may be uploaded for one submission. This is meant for 3-D works or a series of prints. All 3 attachment photos for one submission slot, must be of only one work of art. DO NOT attach multiple images of different prints to one submission slot.
- Following the electronic submission and electronic jury you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your submission acceptance. Prints not accepted can be picked up at one of the Submission Return times.
- Accepted prints must now be properly matted for display. See MATTING GUIDELINES below.

All shipping and insurance costs for artwork to and from SLCC are the responsibility of the artist. Make sure your shipping box is sturdy enough to reuse for return shipping and includes sufficient packing. PLEASE NO PACKING PEANUTS. Please tell any commercial packer – NO PEANUTS.

LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT
The submission of an entry shall constitute agreement on the part of the artist to the conditions set forth in this call for entries. All reasonable care in handling works of art will be exercised by SLCC staff and its agents, but SLCC is not liable for loss of or damage to work submitted for jurying, exhibition or return.
